急性化脓性阑尾炎80例的术前术后高频超声表现

目的评价高频超声诊断急性化脓性阑尾炎的价值。方法回顾性分析80例经手术病理证实急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的高频超声表现。结果80例中高频超声诊断77例，符合率为96．25％。2例阑尾壁内层强回声线部分呈锯齿状回声中断而误诊为单纯性阑尾炎；漏诊1例。误漏诊率约3．75％。术后80例标本均表现为：阑尾壁内层强回声线呈全部或节段性回声中断。结论高频超声对急性化脓性阑尾炎的诊断具有简单、快速，而且准确率高，是该病诊断中可靠的影像学检查方法。

Acute suppurative appendicitis in 80 cases of high-frequency ultrasound image before and after op-eration

Objective To evaluate the high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of acute suppurative appendicitis value. Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of pathologically confirmed acute suppurative appendicitis in patients with the performance of high-frequency ultrasound. Results The accuracy rate of high-frequency ultrasound examination was 96.3%. Two cases of appendiceal wall lines the inner part of strong echo echo jagged interruption was misdiagnosed as simple appendicitis; one cases of missed diagnosis. Missed and delayed diagnosis of the rate of about 3.75%. 80 cases of postoperative specimens are as follows： the inner wall of the appendix showed strong echo line echo in whole or in segmental interruption.Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound in acute suppurative appendicitis diagnosis is simple, fast, and accurate high rate of disease diagnosis is a reliable method of imaging examinations.
