高龄冠心病患者行冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床分析

目的　探讨高龄冠心病患者冠状动脉旁路移植术的特点及围术期处理的临床经验。方法　将 943例患者按年龄分成A组 (≥ 70岁 ) 187例和B组 ( <70岁 ) 75 6例 ,并对其冠状动脉旁路移植术的手术技巧及围术期处理特点进行回顾性分析。结果　两组间术后死亡率无显著性差异 ,A组术后并发症发生率 ,呼吸机支持时间 ,重症监护时间及住院时间均明显长于B组。结论　高龄患者可耐受冠状动脉旁路移植术 ,其死亡率无明显增加 ,但围术期的正确处理 ,尤其是对合并症的处理十分重要

The clinical analysis of coronary artery bypass grafting in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objectives to review the operative characteristics and clinical experence during perioperative period of elderly patients with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Method 943 cases of the patients were divided into 187 cases of group A (age≥70 years old) and 756 cases of group B (age<70 years old) according to their age, and the surgical skill of Coronary artery bypass grafting and perioperative treatments were analysed retrospectively. Results NO obvious difference between group A and group B was observed, but the rates of postoperative complications of guoup A was higher than that of group B, the time of ventilator supporting, in intensive care unit and in-hospital in group A were longer than these in group B. Conclusion It's feasible to be operated for elderly patients without mortality increasing, however, it's very important to treat during the perioperative period accurately , especially in treating the complications.
