| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年疗养员睡眠的时间、质量和类型。方法 根据年龄将 2 0 0名疗养员分为老年组 (60岁以上 )和中年组 (3 6～ 5 9)岁各 10 0名 ,自行设计调查问卷 ,调查疗养员的睡眠时间、质量及类型 ,并进行两组比较。结果 睡眠的时间、质量和类型 ,两组比较 ,分别为P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1,均有显著性差异。结论 针对老年疗养员睡眠特点 ,提出对老年疗养员的护理要点 ,利于改善老年疗养员睡眠状况

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo survey the rules of the old patients' sleeping time, quality and type.MethodsBased on ages, 200 convalescent patients were divided into old group (more than 60 years old) and middle aged group (36-59 years old). A self designed questionnaire was assigned to inquire them about the sleeping time, quality and type, and the collected data were compared between the groups.ResultsIt was showed in the survey that in view of sleeping time, quality and type there existed significant differences between the groups ( P<0.01, P< 0.05 , P <0.01 respectively).ConclusionCorresponding nursing care aiming at the sleeping characteristics of old convalescent patients is beneficial to the improvement of sleeping conditions. |
