大鼠糖、脂代谢与白酒关系的研究

摘    要:目的探索不同剂量的白酒对大鼠血脂、血糖、胰岛素敏感性的影响,以寻求既可升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)又不会产生胰岛素抵抗的白酒剂量。方法选择140只2~3个月龄健康SD大鼠随机分成7组:正常组及6个依次递增剂量的白酒灌胃模型组(A、B、C、D、E、F组)。16周后每组大鼠禁食12h取颈总静脉血,酶法检测血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG);放免法测胰岛素(FINS)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 (1)模型D、E、F组的FBG明显升高(P<0.05),模型A、B、C组的FBG与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型C、D、E、F组的HOMA-IR与对照组、A组及B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)6组不同剂量白酒灌胃模型组的HDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.05),LDL-C、TG无明显差异(P>0.05),A组和B组与对照组比较,TC无明显差异,模型C、D、E、F组的TC明显高于A、B组(P<0.05),而HDL-C差异无统计学意义。结论...
