| 摘 要： | 目的观察复合树脂嵌体修复乳磨牙大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法对58例患儿的106颗大面积缺损的乳磨牙分别采用复合树脂嵌体和复合树脂直接充填修复,并经12个月临床疗效观察。结果复合树脂嵌体修复组12个月后成功率明显高于复合树脂直接充填组（P〈0.05）。复合树脂嵌体修复组5例缺陷,主要为边缘着色,边缘完整性破坏和磨损,1例失败为折裂;复合树脂直接充填组9例缺陷,主要为边缘着色,边缘完整性破坏和磨损,4例失败,其中1例继发龋,1例折裂,2例邻接不良。结论复合树脂嵌体能较好的修复大面积缺损的乳磨牙并维持修复效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of composite resin inlays for the restoration of badly broken-down deciduous molars.Methods 58 children with 106 badly broken-down deciduous molars were selected,and restoration of these tooth with composite resin inlays and composite resins.All the patients had been followed up for 12 mouths.Results 12 mouths after treatment,the successful rate of indirect composite resin inlays was 88.68%（47/53）.The corresponding figure for composite resin was 75.47%（40/53）.The difference was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Massive destruction in molar can be well restored with the composite resin inlay. |
