| 摘 要： | 目的探讨突发性口腔颌面部群体伤的抢救与管理方法。方法成立医疗护理急救小组,启动应急预案,合理安排人力对大批伤员实施紧急救治。结果抢救成功率、临床治愈率达100.00%,无护理并发症发生。结论规范化、科学的护理管理是颌面部群体伤抢救成功的关键,合理配置人力资源也是成功救治的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to treat and manage groups of patients with oral and maxillofaeial trauma. Methods The measures included setting up the medical and nursing groups, activating emergency response plans, and reasonably arranging the human resources. Results The success resuce rate and the clinical cure rate were 100.00%. And no nursing complications happened. Conclusion The scientific and standardized nursing management and reasonable arrangement of human resources are the key points to successfully treat groups of patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma. |
