无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝96例分析

目的 探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的临床应用价值.方法 自2002年10月至2005年12月应用疝环充填物及网状补片对96例腹股沟疝病人进行无张力疝修补术治疗,观察手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后自主功能的恢复、并发症及复发率.结果 手术全部成功完成,平均手术时间39分钟,术后5例出现尿潴留,2例出现阴囊积液.术后5～7天出院,随访3～36个月未见复发病例.结论 无张力疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式,具有手术安全、创伤小、痛苦小、术后恢复快、近期疗效满意和复发率低等优点.

Application of tension-free hernia repair to inguinal hernia:a report of 96 cases

Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hemia. Methods From Oct 2002 to Dec 2005,96 cases with inguinal hernia were treated with tension-free hernia repair by mesh & plug hernia. The operative procedure ,postoperative pain,patient's ability recovery,complications and recurrence rate were studied. Results All cases were operated successfully. The mean operation time was 39 mins. The postoperative complications were 5 cases of urinary retention and 2 cases of scrotal hydroceles. The average postoperative stay was 5-7days.The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 36 months and no recurrence was observed. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair is a perfect surgical operation for the inguinal hernia. It has many advantages,such as safety,minimal invasion,less postoperative pain,rapid recovery,good recent therapeutic effect and lower recurrence.
