| 摘 要： | 目的对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治进行探讨与分析。方法分析探讨14例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗结果。结果13例病人经保守治疗后痊愈,平均治愈时间11 d,1例于术后19 d再次手术治疗后痊愈。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻有其特殊的临床表现,绝大多数病例可采用保守治疗痊愈。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss and analyze of the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory intestinal obstruction in early stage.Methods The clinical materials of 14 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively.Results 13 cases were underwent non-operation therapy with cured in average of 11 days and 1 case was healed after operation at 19th day.Conclusion There might be characteristics of clinical manifestation and most of them could be cured conservatively. |
