慢性阻塞性肺疾病医院获得性念珠菌肺炎52例临床分析

目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)病人医院获得性念珠菌肺炎的危险因素和对策。方法　对 5 2例医院获得性念珠菌肺炎病人进行分析。结果　发生医院获得性念珠菌肺炎COPD病人多是年老、有一种或多种基础疾病或伴有营养不良 ,长期使用多种抗生素和 (或 )糖皮质激素是诱发感染的主要因素。结论　对年老、有基础疾病伴有营养不良COPD病人 ,在需要使用抗生素及糖皮质激素时 ,要警惕念珠菌肺炎的发生 ,一旦发生 ,应及时调整治疗策略。

Clinical analysis of 52 COPD cases with iatrogenic candidal pneumonia

Objective To investigate the risk factors and treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with iatrogenic candidal pneumonia.Methods The data of 52 COPD cases with iatrogenic pneumonia were analyzed.Results The patients usually had one or several chronic diseases or combined with malnutrition.Long-term use of several antibiotics or cortical hormone played an important role in inducing infection.Conclusion We should be aware of candidal pneumonia when we use antibiotics or hormone in patients who are old or combined with chronic diseases or malnutrition.When the candidal pneumonia developed,the treatment plan should be adjusted immediately.
