| 摘 要： | 目的在蛋白水平检测人类白细胞抗原-G（HLA—G）在子宫内膜异位症（EM）在位与异位内膜组织中的表达。方法选取卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者30例（实验组），非子宫内膜异位症患者30例（对照组），应用Western blot方法检测实验组及对照组在位与异位内膜组织中HLA—G蛋白的表达差异。结果HLA—G蛋白在实验组在位与异位内膜组织中的表达均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论HLA—G蛋白表达的异常可能与EM发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G) protein expression in the endometrium of endometriosis(EM).Methods:30 women with ovarian endometriosis(OEM),30 women without EM were recruited as study group and control group,respectively.Western blot was used for quantitative detection of the difference on HLA-G protein expression in the endometrium between two groups.Results:HLA-G protein expression of OEM group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Higher HLA-G protein may be related to the pathomechanism of EM. |
