| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝脏恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)与肝癌的CT鉴别诊断。资料与方法3例经手术病理证实的肝脏MFH患者行16层螺旋CT扫描,均采用平扫加双期及延迟扫描。结果3例平扫呈稍低密度实性较大肿块,增强扫描病灶呈快进慢出表现,2例病灶中心均有明显坏死,1例见丰富的肿瘤血管,1例肝内胆管扩张,3例均未发现门静脉癌栓、淋巴结及远处转移。结论肝脏MFH具备很多肝癌和类似肝癌的CT特征,两者仅是在各种特征的程度上有一定的差异。
