髋臼骨折手术入路选择

目的探讨不同类型髋臼骨折手术入路选择的相关因素。方法对23例髋臼骨折的手术入路与治疗效果进行回顾分析。结果骨折复位按Matta标准评价：解剖复位13例,满意复位10例。随访6～36个月（平均26.5个月）,疗效评价按照D＇Aubigne-Postel经Matta改良的标准：优16例,良5例,可2例。优良率91.1%。结论髋臼骨折手术入路应根据患者骨折具体情况进行选择。

The choice of operative approaches for different acetabular fractures

Objective To study the correlative factor of Surgical approach selection in the different type of acetabular fractures.Methods Retrospective analysis on the surgical approach and curative effect of 23 acetabular fractures.Results According to Matta's radiographic assessment system,the curative effect was anatomical in 13 patients,imperfect in 10 patients.All patients were followed up ranged from 6-27 months,the functional outcome was measured by the Matta modified D' Aubigne-Postel standard:excellent in 16,good in 5,fair in2,the excellent and good rate was 91.1%.Conclusion The surgical approach selection in acetabular fractures should decided by different type of fractures,replacement,the positon and form of internal fixation.
