枣阳市区幼儿园及中小学生乙型肝炎病毒感染调查

[目的]了解本市幼儿园及中小学生乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染情况。[方法]采用ELISA法对枣阳市区幼儿园及中小学学生进行乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）普查,结果分组统计分析。[结果]HBsAg阳性率3～6岁学生为0.55%,7～12岁为0.84%,13～15岁为3.02%,16～19岁为6.04%,平均阳性率3.33%。[结论]乙型肝炎病毒感染率随年龄增长而递增,提示乙肝病毒感染率与免预预防及社会生活密切相关。

INVESTIGATION ON THE INFECTION SITUATION OF HBV IN YOUNG CHILDREN, MIDDLE STUDENTS AND PRIMARY PUPILS IN ZAOYANG CITY

[Objective]To investigate the infection situation of HBV in young childen,middle students and primary pupils in Zaoyang.[Methods]HBsAg was examinated by ELISA for young children,middle students and pupils of urban district in Zaoyang,the statistical analysis of data was performed by age groups.[Results]For all children and students,the infection rate was 0.55% in age group of 3-6 years,0.84% in group of 7-12 years,3.02% in group of 13-15 yeras,and 6.04% in group of 16-19 years,the mean positive rate was 3.33%.[Conclusions]The infection rate of HBV increases progressively with age,which indicates the close relation between the infection rate of HBV and the immunoprophylaxis and social life.
