| 摘 要： | 目的 观察背部挑刺结合局部围刺疗法治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效,并揭示其治疗机理.方法 选择寻常性痤疮的患者,随机分为背部挑刺结合局部围刺治疗组和普通针刺对照组进行临床对比研究,依据临床症状的改善判断临床疗效.结果 背部挑刺结合局部围刺能明显改善寻常性痤疮患者的临床症状,其临床疗效与普通针刺组有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 背部挑刺结合局部围刺治疗寻常性痤疮治愈率高,疗效显著,是一种有效的临床治疗本病的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of back open picking therapy and encircled needling on acne vulgaris, and discuss the mechanism. Method The patients with acne vulgaris were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group treated with the back open picking therapy and encircled needling and the control group treated with routine acupuncture. The curative effects of two groups were compared and estimated according to the relief of clinical symptoms. Result The back open picking therapy and encircled needling relieved obviously the symptoms of the patients and the comparison between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The back open picking therapy and encircled needling is an effective therapy for treating acne vulgaris with a higher cure rate and good curative effect. |
