| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）检查时多层螺旋CT扫描的最适宜剂量。方法：选取120例COPD患者分成常规剂量组和低剂量组,分别进行常规剂量和低剂量扫描,对照分析其质量。结果：120例受检查者,两种扫描方法均能使影像图像达到满意要求。而且低剂量扫描的辐射剂量明显降低。结论：COPD患者行多层螺旋CT扫描时,低剂量扫描可满足临床诊断要求,又可明显降低对患者的辐射剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ） inspection multisliee spiral CT scan of the most appropriate dose.Method： 120 COPD patients were divided into conventional dose group and low dose group, respectively, for conventional-dose and low-dose scan, and its quality control analysis.Result： 120 cases of examinee, two scanning methods enable the video image was satisfactory requirements. Significantly lower radiation dose and low-dose scan. Conclusion： COPD patients with multi-slice spiral CT scan, a low-dose scan can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis, but also significantly reduce the radiation dose to patients. |
