彩超检查对甲状腺结节性质诊断的意义

目的通过超声检查判断甲状腺结节的性质,说明该检查的意义。方法随机选取2009年1月—2013年1月来我院就诊的甲状腺结节患者136例,将彩超检查结果与患者手术后的病理结果进行比较,验证彩超结果与病理结果的相符率,说明彩超检查在诊断甲状腺结节性质中的意义。其中彩超检查鉴别良、恶性结节的标准为结节钙化率、钙化分布情况及彩色多普勒血流特点等。结果彩超检查结果显示有121例患者为良性结节,而实际病理结果有110例患者结节为良性,因此良性结节超声检查符合率为90.91%;彩超检查结果显示有15例为恶性结节,病理结果有10例为恶性结节,因此恶性结节超声检查符合率为66.67%。结论通过彩超检查来进行初步诊断甲状腺结节性质,在一定程度上能区别结节的良、恶性,具有重要的临床意义。

Significance of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid nodules in nature

Objective To determine the nature of thyroid nodules by ultrasonography, the examination of the significance. Methods 136 patients with thyroid nodules were randomly selected in 2009 January to 2013 January in our hospital, the patients, the pathological color Doppler ultrasound examination results and patients after operation were compared with the results of color Doppler ultrasound and pathology results, verify the result＂ of the match rate, illustrates the significance of ultrasonography in th~ diagnosis of thyroid nodules. The color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules, standard for the calcified nodules, calcification and the distribution of color Doppler flow characteristics. Results The color Doppler ultrasound examination results showed 121 patients with benign nodules, and pathological results of 110 patients nodules as benign, so benign nodules ultrasonographic coincidence rate was 90.91%; color Doppler ultrasound examination showed 15 cases were malignant nodules, pathology results for 10 cases of malignant nodules, malignant nodules in ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was therefore 66.67%. Conclusion By color Doppler ultrasound to preliminary diagnosis of thyroid nodules, can distinguish malignant nodules, to a certain extent, has important clinical significance.
