无创呼吸机治疗在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的疗效。方法：选择慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者70例,随机分成无创呼吸机治疗组（n=35）和对照组（n=35）,对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,无创呼吸机治疗组加用无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组的总有效率为94.3%,对照组为74.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=5.29,P〈0.05）。治疗后治疗组PaO2、SaO2值显著高于对照组,PaCO2显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总住院时间较对照组缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期疗效明显,值得临床推广。

The Curative Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Acute Exacerbation

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of noninvasive ventilator on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation. Method：70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation combined with respiratory failure type II were randomly divided into treatment group（n=35）and control group（n=35）.Routine treatment was given to patients in both groups,while noninvasive ventilator was added to patients in treatment group.A comparison was made between the clinical curative effects of the two groups.Result：The rate of the total effect in treatment group was 94.3%,while that in control group was 74.3%.The difference was highly statistically significant between the two groups（字2 =5.29, P ＆lt;0.05）. The PaO2 and SaO2 of treatment group after treatment were obviously higher than those of control group and PaCO2 of treatment group,which was obviously lower than that of control group.The difference was highly statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.The total length of stay of treatment group was shorter than that of control group.The difference was highly statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions：The noninvasive ventilator treatment effect is significant for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation.It is worthy of promotion.
