98例渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者的临床治疗体会

目的：探讨对渗出性结核性胸膜炎的临床治疗措施,总结相关临床治疗经验。方法：随机选取本院98例渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析,分成对照组（行常规胸腔穿刺抽液治疗）40例和观察组（采用经皮留置中心静脉导管间断引流）58例,对两组患者所采用2HRZE/4HR短程化疗、口服激素、反复胸腔抽液治疗措施效果进行评价。结果：本研究的98例渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者经临床治疗后,观察组比对照组的临床疗效更显著,观察组在住院天数、治疗费用、胸腔穿刺次数、积液消失天数等方面均少于对照组,两组临床效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：渗出性结核性胸膜炎通过短程化疗、口服激素和胸腔抽液治疗临床疗效明显,并且采用中心静脉导管间断引流措施非常安全和有效且经济,值得广大同行学习和借鉴。

Experience of Clinical Treatment of 98 Cases of Exudative Tuberculous Pleurisy Patients

Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of exudative tuberculous pleurisy,and summarize the clinical treatment experience. Method：98 cases of patients with exudative tuberculous pleurisy were selected randomly in our hospital whose clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,divided into 40 cases of the control group（routine thoracic puncture and drainage treatment）and 58 cases of the observation group（treated with percutaneous central venous catheter drainage ）,evaluation of two groups of patients using 2HRZE/4HR short-course chemotherapy,oral hormone, repeated pleural drainage treatment measures.Result：In this study,98 cases of exudative tuberculous pleurisy patients after clinical treated,observation group than in the control group of patients with clinical curative effect was more significant,and the patients in the observation group the average hospitalization days,special treatment cost and per capita thoracic puncture effusion disappeared and the number of days than the control group was more outstand,the clinical effect was statistically significant difference between the groups（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Exudative tuberculosis pleurisy by short-course chemotherapy,oral hormone and pleural drainage for treatment of clinical curative effect is obvious,and the use of central venous catheter intermittent drainage measures very safe and economical and effective,worthy of our peer learning and reference.
