乙肝免疫球蛋白联合乙肝疫苗预防乙型肝炎母婴传播的疗效评价

目的：探讨乙肝免疫球蛋白联合乙肝疫苗预防乙肝病毒母婴传播的临床疗效。方法：将120例母亲乙肝表面抗原阳性的新生儿随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例,对照组新生儿于出生后24h内注射乙肝疫苗,治疗组新生儿母亲于孕28、32、36周分别注射乙肝免疫球蛋白,新生儿于出生后24h内和出生后1个月分别注射乙肝免疫球蛋白。结果：治疗组和对照组新生儿脐血HBsAg阳性率分别为7.14%和22.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组新生儿出生后1、6、12个月的HBsAg阳性率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乙肝免疫球蛋白联合乙肝疫苗可有效地阻断乙肝病毒母婴传播,对乙肝母婴传播的预防具有重要意义。

Efficacy Evaluation of Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin Combined with Hepatitis B Vaccine in Preventing Hepatitis B Mother-to-child Transmission

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine in preventing mother- to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus. Method： 120 infants whose mother diagnose with positive hepatitis B virus, were randomly divided into the treatment group （ 70 cases ） and the control ~roup （ 50 eases ） , children in the control group were injected with hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours after birth, while children in the treatment group were injected with hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours and 1 month after birth , and their mother hepatitis B immune globulin in pregnancy 28, 32 and 36 weeks. Result： The cord blood HBsAg positive rates of the observation group and the control group were 7.14% and 22.0%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; The HBsAg positive rates of the observation group after 1, 6, 12 months were all signifieanfly lower than those of the eontrol group, with statistieall significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conduslon： Hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine is effective in blocking mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus, which is of great significance in the prevention of mother-to- child transmission of hepatitis B.
