鼻内镜手术应用于鼻息肉及鼻窦炎治疗的效果及影响因素分析

目的：探讨鼻内镜手术（Endoscopic surgery,ESS）在治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎中的效果及其影响因素。方法：通过对在本院行鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者进行研究,分析其治疗效果并分析其影响治疗效果的因素。结果：按照治疗效果的评定标准,176例达到治愈,23例达到好转,总有效率为98.0%。而术后的并发症主要集中在现眶周淤斑（2.46%）、出血（3.94%）、鼻腔粘连（1.97%）、上颌窦开口狭窄（1.97%）,并发症总发生率为10.34%。结论：ESS是治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎的安全有效术式,但应选择判断手术适应证,进行正确的手术操作、规范的围手术期治疗是手术治疗获得良好疗效的关键所在。

Treatment Effect and Influence Factors Analysis of Endoscopic Surgery Used In Nasal Polyps And Sinusitis

Objective：To explore the effect of Endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps and sinusitis and its influencing factors. Method：Based on our line in Endoscopic surgery treatment of nasal polyps and sinusitis patients clinical data,authors analyzed the treatment effect and analyzed its effect factors.Result：According to the treatment effect evaluation standard,176 cases cured,23 cases got better,the total effective rate was 98.0%.And postoperative complications mainly concentrated in the orbit weeks ecchymosis（a rate of 2.46%）,hemorrhage（a rate of 3.94%）,nasal cavity adhesion（a rate of 1.97%）,antrum open stenosis（a rate of 1.97%）,the total complication rate was 10.34%.Conclusion：ESS is safe and effective operation in treatment of nasal polyps and sinusitis,but it should judge the operation indications,correct operation,and choose standard of perioperative surgical treatment to get good curative effect.
