术前护理干预对CAG及PCI患者焦虑状况的影响

目的：探讨术前心理干预对冠脉造影（CAG）及冠状动脉内支架植入（PCI）患者焦虑状况的影响。方法：对500例行冠脉造影及冠状动脉内支架植入患者术前护理干预前后采用状态-特质焦虑自评表进行调查对比分析,结果进行统计学分析。结果：500例患者经入院后的护理干预及对操作介入说明和演示,取得了满意的效果,患者的焦虑指数有了显著的改善。S-AI值由干预前的（60±5.78）降到了（43±6.36）,差异有统计学意义。结论：术前对冠脉造影（CAG）及冠状动脉内支架植入（PCI）患者实行护理干预能有效减轻患者术前焦虑,提高护理质量。

Influence of Preoperative Nursing Intervention on CAG and PCI in Patients with Anxiety

Objective：To study the influence of preoperative nursing intervention on coronary angiography（CAG）and coronary stenting（PCI） in patients with anxiety.Method：500 patients underwent CAG and PCI before and after preoperative nursing intervention were analysed by state-trait anxiety inventory（STAI）,all data were analyzed statistically with t-test.Result：The data of STAI was reduced to（43±6.36 ）from（60±5.78）,effect was satisfactory,the patient’s anxiety index had improved significantly,the differences was statically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion：Preoperative coronary angiography（CAG）and coronary artery stent implantation（PCI）patients in nursing intervention can reduce preoperative anxiety and improve the quality of nursing care.
