化疗联合手术治疗早期胃癌患者的临床疗效观察及对手术方式的评价

目的：探讨化疗联合手术治疗早期胃癌患者的临床疗效及手术方式的选择。方法：将本院收治的79例早期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予单纯的手术治疗,观察组给予化疗后行手术治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率及术后生活质量。结果：观察组肿瘤根治性切除率为70.2%（33/47）,术后复发率为2.1%（1/47）,术后OLQ-ST022评分为（43.94±3.31）分,对照组肿瘤根治性切除率为43.7%（14/32）,术后复发率为9.4%（3/32）,术后OLQ-ST022评分为（64.67±2.95）分,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：早期胃癌患者在手术治疗前给予相应的化疗,能显著提高手术治疗的临床疗效,减少并发症发生率和改善患者术后生活质量。

Clinical Efficacy of Surgery United Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer and the Evaluation of the Surgical Approach

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of surgery united chemotherapy in the treatment of early gastric cancer and the choice of surgical approach.Method：79 patients with early gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was treated with surgery alone,the observation group was treated with surgery after the chemotherapy,the clinical efficacy, complications and postoperative quality of life were observed. Result：The radical tumor resection rate of the observation group was 70.2%（33/47）,the recurrence rate was 2.1%（1/47）,the OLQ-ST022 score was（43.94±3.31）,the radical tumor resection rate of the control group was 43.7%（14/32）, the recurrence rate was 9.4%（3/32）,the OLQ-ST022 score was（64.67±2.95）,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion：Preoperative chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment and the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications.
