氯吡格雷联合合贝爽治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果观察

目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合合贝爽治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法：将本院收治的120例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分成对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用合贝爽治疗,观察组在此基础上加载氯吡格雷。比较两组患者的疗效差异,比较两组患者治疗前后周心绞痛发作次数、持续时间,心肌梗死、死亡事件发生率。结果：治疗4周后,观察组患者显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组患者心绞痛发作情况比较差异无统计学意义,治疗4周后观察组患者心绞痛发作次数显著少于对照组,持续时间亦显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗4周期间,观察组心肌梗死发生率显著低于对照组,死亡率也明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：氯吡格雷联合合贝爽治疗不稳定型心绞痛能有效减少心绞痛的发生,避免心血管事件的发生,具有良好的疗效。

Effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Combined with Herbesser Capsule in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate combined with Herbesser Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina. Method：120 patients admitted to our hospital with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Herbesser Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate on the basis of the control group. The difference of the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the weekly angina attack frequency,duration,myocardial infarction,the incidence of deaths of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result：4 weeks after treatment,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 0.05）. The angina attacks incidence of the two groups before treatment was without significant difference,but the angina attacks incidence of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group after four weeks of treatment,and the duration was also significantly shorter（ P 0.05）. In the 4 weeks treatment,the incidence of myocardial infarction of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and mortality was also significantly shorter（ P 0.05）. Conclusion：Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate combined with Herbesser Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina can effectively reduce the occurrence of angina to avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular events,and has good effect.
