不同产地黄芩药材的鉴别

摘    要:目的通过药材来源性状、薄层色谱及紫外线色谱的差别对不同产地黄芩药材进行鉴别。方法对黄芩、滇黄芩、甘肃黄芩进行性状鉴别,然后选择黄芩、滇黄芩、甘肃黄芩分别制作供试品及黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素对照品进行薄层色谱分析,紫外线色谱分析,对3种不同产地黄芩进行鉴别。结果 3种黄芩在来源性状、薄层色谱、紫外线色谱上存在异同点,在结合多种鉴别方法后可初步判断。结论联合传统方法和先进科技手段有助于黄芩鉴别,可为临床药材选择提供科学依据,提高中药制剂质量。

Abstract:Objective By the herbal properties, thin layer chromatography and UV chromatogram differences skullcap herbs from different areas were identified. Methods By Characters on skullcap, Scutellaria Yunna/n, Gansu skullcap identification,then select skullcap, Scutellaria Yunnan, Gansu and skullcap were produced for the sample and baicalin, baicalein, wogonin reference for TLC, UV chromatographic analysis of three different areas were identified skullcap. Results Three kinds of characters in the source skullcap, thin layer chromatography, UV chromatogram there similarities and differences, in combination with a variety of methods of identification after preliminary judgment. Conclusion The combination of traditional methods and advanced technological means to help identify skullcap, can choose to provide scientific basis for clinical medicine and improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
