Suresight手持式自动验光仪在婴幼儿视力筛查中的应用分析

目的：通过Suresight手持式自动验光仪检测出婴幼儿球径、柱径屈光度,寻找出弱视高危人群和可疑人群。方法：对本院做健康检测的3岁以下婴幼儿1632名,分为3组进行屈光检查。结果：在本院做视力检测的1632名婴幼儿中视力异常率为16.24%,其中6～12个月龄异常率为12.47%,12～24个月龄异常率为16.67%,24～36个月龄异常率为22.15%;各年龄组异常率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：视力低下异常率与年龄有关,应加强3岁以下婴幼儿眼保健。

Applied Analysis of Sure-sight Handheld Auto-refractomer in Infant Vision Screening

Objective： To apply Suresight handheld auto-refractometer in measuring infant ball diameter and column diameter diopter to detect and find amblyopia high-risk populations and suspicious crowd. Method： 1632 infants under 3 years old who have done the health testing in our hospital were divided into 3 teams for making diopter testing.Result： In the 1632 infants, the abnormal rate of diopter was 16.24%. The abnormal rate of diopter of 6-12 months infants was 12.47%, the abnormal rate of diopter of 12-24 months infants was 16.67%, the abnormal rate of diopter of 24-36 months infants was 22.15%; the abnormal rate of different age groups had statistical significance.Conclusion： Rate of abnormality of poor eyesight is related with age, and eye care for infants under 3 years should be strengthened.
