替吉奥治疗老年胃癌患者的临床应用疗效分析

目的：通过用替吉奥来治疗老年胃癌患者,观察治疗结果的疗效以及产生的不良反应情况,对患者的满意度进行调查统计。方法：选取入住本院的老年胃癌患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组采用替吉奥胶囊来治疗,对照组采用奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶方案治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为72.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应情况比较,主要的不良反应体现在肝功能损伤、骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应三个方面,治疗组的患者出现Ⅲ-IV级毒副作用的有7例（14.5%）,而对照组为13例（27.1%）,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗满意情况统计显示,治疗组患者的满意度为66.7%,对照组为56.3%,比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：替吉奥用于治疗老年胃癌患者的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of TS-1 in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective：To explore and statistical analysis clinical effects,adverse effects and patient satisfactions in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer by TS-1.Method：96 patients with elderly gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with TS-1,the control group were treated with oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 87.5% and 72.9%,with a statistically significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）;the adverse reactions in the two groups mainly reflected in hepatic injury,myelosuppression and gastrointestinal infection.Compared to 13 cases（27.1%）in the control group,there were 7 cases（14.5%） appeared Ⅲ-IV grade side effects in the treatment group,which had a significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）.The satisfaction of treatment group and control group were 66.7% and 56.3% respectively,the treatment satisfaction statistics showed that there were no significant difference（ P ＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：TS-1 has a significant efficacy and few adverse effect for the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer,which is worth applying in the clinical.
