儿童疱疹性咽峡炎合并心肌损害的临床分析

目的：观察疱疹性咽峡炎患儿合并心肌损害的发生情况,初步探讨其临床意义。方法：对确诊的200例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行心肌酶谱及心电图检查,并与140例健康儿童对照,分析并比较其差异。结果：观察组心肌酶谱与心电图异常率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿常规行心肌酶谱及心电图检查有助于了解心肌损害程度,及早干预治疗,从而防止心肌炎及其并发症的发生。

Clinical Analysis of Myocardial Impairment in Children with Herpangina

Objective： To observe the occurrence of myocardial damage of children with herpangina and preliminary evaluate the clinical significance of myocardiM impairment in children with herpangina.Method： The clinical data of the levels of serum myocardial enzymes and ECG in 200 cases of children with confirmed herpangina were retrospectively analyzed, and 140 healthy children were allocated into control group.Result： The abnormal rate of the levels of serum myocardial enzymes and ECG in 200 cases of children with confirmed herpangina were more significant differences than those of control group （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： Myocardial enzymes and ECG can be used as a valuable indicator for diagnosis and observation of the degree of myocardial impairment, and early intervention treatment for preventing complications of children with herpangina.
