86例不同光疗时间治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效比较

目的：探讨不同光疗持续时间的蓝光照射治疗对新生儿高胆红素血症疗效的影响,为临床提供治疗方案的选择和参考依据。方法：本院2010年10月-2012年5月儿科收治86例足月高胆红素血症患儿,随机分为3组,均采用单面蓝光治疗仪进行光疗治疗。A组24h内蓝光照射8h,停16h;B组24h内蓝光照射12h,停12h;C组为持续24h光疗,停24h,三组均以2d为一个疗程。统计其疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果：3组治疗后疗效比较差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）;C组不良反应发生率较其他两组高（P〈0.05）。结论：3组不同光疗时间治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效相似,但是间断光疗治疗不良反应发生率更低,其中8h/d间断光疗更具有临床实践优势。

Comparation of Curative Eefect of Different Duration of Phototherapy on 86 Cases of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective： To investigate the effect of different duration phototherapy.on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Method： Counting 86 casesof neonatal hyperbilirubinemia from october 2010 to may 2012. The curative effect and the adverse reaction rate were statistically analyzed.Result： The curative effect have no statistical differences in these three groups （ P〉0.05 ） .The adverse reaction rate of the C group was higher compared withother groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： These three groups of different duration phototherapy have the same curative effect, but the adverse reactionrate of durative phototherapy group was higher, and the 8h/d duration phototherapy has more clinical significant advantage.
