胃黏膜脱垂症内镜下治疗体会

目的：观察内镜下射频联合药物治疗胃黏膜脱垂疗效,为胃黏膜脱垂的治疗寻找有效方法。方法：对2009年1月-2012年l2月经过胃镜、胃肠钡餐造影检查确诊为胃黏膜脱垂患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组先采取内镜下对脱垂的胃黏膜进行射频点灼治疗,然后服用雷贝拉唑10mg,每天2次,连续28d,铝镁加混悬液15ml,每天3次,连续28d;对照组：不予射频治疗,服药与观察组相同。两组均于疗程结束后复查胃镜判断疗效。结果：观察组治愈率27.5%,显著高于对照组的7.5%（Х^2=5.77,P〈0.05）,观察组总有效率82.5%,显著高于对照组的55%（Х^2=7.04,P〈0.05）。术后随访6个月,观察组1例复发（2.5%）,对照组有8例复发（20%）,两组差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4.51,P〈0.05）。结论：内镜下射频联合雷贝拉唑、铝镁加混悬液疗效好,不良反应少,易于推广。

Treatment of Endoscopic Mucosal Prolapse

Objective：To observe endoscopic radiofrequency combined with drug therapy in gastric mucosa prolapse efficacy for the treatment of gastric mucosa prolapse to find effective methods. Method：Endoscopy,gastrointestinal barium meal diagnosed gastric mucosa prolapse of l2 months from January 2009 to 2012,after 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was first taken Endoscopic gastric mucosa prolapse the RF point blanch treatment,and then taking rabeprazole 10 mg bid x 28 d Almagate suspension 15 ml tid×28 d;control group：no to radiofrequency treatment,medication and observation groups. In both groups after the end of treatment to determine the efficacy of endoscopy. Result：The observation group,the cure rate was 82.5%,significantly higher than that in the control group 55%,a significant difference（ Х^2 = 5.77, P〈0.05）the observation group total effective rate of 82.5%,significantly higher than that in the control group 55%,a statistically difference（ Х^2 = 7.04, P〈0.05）. 1（2.5%）patients relapsed patients were followed up for 6 months in the observation group,8 patients relapsed（20%）in the control group,the two groups of patients with a significant difference（ Х^2 = 4.51, P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Endoscopic radiofrequency combined with rabeprazole Almagate suspension is effective,fewer adverse reactions,and easy to spread.
