左布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉在剖宫产中的临床应用

目的：探讨左布比卡因在剖宮产腰硬联合麻醉中的特点及可行性。方法：选取本院剖宫产手术采取腰硬联合麻醉患者128例,随机分为实验组（左布比卡因组）对照组（罗哌卡因组）,观察两组在循环影响,感觉神经阻滞表现,不良反应等方面情况。结果：实验组与对照组在麻醉后循环系统变化无明显统计学差异;左布比卡因较罗哌卡因相比具有起效快,运动阻滞时间短的优势;两组不良反应（低血压、心动过缓、恶心、呕吐）发生情况差异无统计学意义。结论：左布比卡因在剖宫产腰硬麻醉中具有运动、感觉阻滞快,对循环系统影响小,不良反应少的特点。

Levobupivacaine in Spinal-epidural Anesthesia Cesarean Section Clinical Application

Objective：To research Levobupivacaine characteristics and feasibility of cesarean section lumbar epidural anesthesia.Method： 128 cases of cesarean section taken the levobupivacaine group of patients with spinal and epidural anesthesia were divided into experimental group and ropivacaine group,the control group were observed sensory nerve block performance,adverse impact in the loop.Result：The experimental and control groups in the circulatory system change was no significant difference;levobupivacaine than ropivacaine compared with rapid onset of motor block time advantage;two sets of adverse reactions（hypotension,bradycardia,nausea,vomiting）occurred without significant.Conclusion：Levobupivacaine is fast in Motor,sensory block,small on the circulation system of the impact,less adverse reaction,in spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.
