斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液辅治GP方案化疗NSCLC患者117例

目的：探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液在GP（吉西他滨＋顺铂）方案治疗非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）中的作用。方法：将117例NSCLC患者分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予GP方案化疗,同时观察组给予斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液治疗,共进行2周期治疗。治疗结束后对两组患者进行近期疗效、不良反应和生存质量（QOL）评价。结果：观察组客观缓解率（RR）为70.69%,对照组为45.76%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组与对照组III和IV度白细胞下降的发生率分别为17.24%及35.59%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组QOL的改善率为55.17%,对照组为33.90%,观察组高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合TGP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌具有提高近期疗效,减轻白细胞下降不良反应及改善生活质量的作用。

Cantharis Acid Sodium Vitamin B6 Auxiliary Cure GP Scheme Chemotherapy in 117 Cases Patients with NSCLC

Objective：To discuss cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6 injection in GP（gemcitabine plus cisplatin）solution treatment of non-small cell lung cancer（will small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）role.Method：117 patients with NSCLC patients were divided into observation group and control group,two groups of patients were given GP scheme chemotherapy,at the same time,the observation group was given cantharis acid sodium vitamin B 6 injection treatment,for 2 cycle therapy. After the treatment,the recent curative effect,adverse reactions and quality of life（QOL）of two groups were evaluated.Result：The observation group objective response rate（RR）was 70.69%,the placebo group was 45.76%,differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.The observation group and control group III and IV degree leucocyte falling rate were 17.24% and 35.59%,differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.QOL period of the observation group and control group were 55.17% and 33.90%,differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6 injection in GP （gemcitabine plus cisplatin）solution treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can improve the recent curative effect,reduce the leucocyte down adverse reaction and improve the quality of life role.
