P16在脑血管畸形中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨P16基因在脑血管畸形（CVM）及正常脑组织中的表达情况,讨论其临床病理意义。方法：收集脑血管畸形标本,利用免疫组化方法测定P16蛋白在正常脑组织及脑血管畸形中的表达情况。结果：在脑血管畸形标本及正常脑组织标本中P16蛋白阳性表达率分别为32.1%（18/56）及7.4%（2/27）,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;P16蛋白在海绵状血管瘤中的表达率高于动静脉畸形中的表达,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：P16基因在脑血管畸形（CVM）的发生发展中有重要作用。

The Expression and Significance of P16 in Cerebral Vascular Malformation

Objective：To discuss the expression of P16 in cerebral vascular malformation（CVM）and analyse it’s significance.Method： Collected specimens of cerebral vascular malformation,the expression of P16 was tested by immunohistochemistry staining in cerebral vascular malformation and normal brain tissue.Result：In cerebral vascular malformation and normal brain tissue specimens,the positive rate of P16 in CVM 32.1%（18/56）was higher than in normal brain tissue 7.4%（2/27）,with a statistically significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）.Rate of the expression of P16 in Cavernous hemangioma was higher than in cerebral vascular malformation,with a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：P16 gene play a key role in the occurrence and development of cerebral vascular malformation.
