桡骨远端骨折非手术治疗的临床探析

目的：探讨分析对于桡骨远端骨折患者采用非手术治疗的总体临床疗效,为后期桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗工作提供可行性参考方案。方法：回顾分析本院收治采用非手术治疗的72例桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,均采用手法复位联合特制小夹板固定。结果：Colles骨折组的优良率为92.0%,其总体疗效明显。而Smith骨折、Barton骨折的临床治疗优良率依次为84.5%、67.0%。结论：对于Colles骨折患者采取非保守治疗效果明确,而对于Smith骨折、Barton骨折治疗失败的患者要及时采取手术治疗,来促进患者腕关节、手指功能的恢复。

Clinical Analysis of Nonoperative Treatment for Distal Radius Fractures

Objective：To study the overall clinical efficacy for patients with non-operation treatment of fracture of the distal radius,to provide the feasibility of clinical treatment of distal radius fractures for later reference scheme.Method：Retrospective analysis of our hospital with non operation treatment of 72 cases of distal radius fractures in patients with clinical data were used in general,manipulative reduction and splint fixation combined with special. Result：The excellent rate of Colles fracture group was 92%,the overall effect. While the excellent rate of clinical treatment of Smith fractures, fractures were Barton 84.5%,67%.Conclusion：The Colles fracture patients take the non conservative treatment effect is clear,and for Smith fracture, fracture of Barton patients failed to timely take operation therapy,to promote the recovery of patients with wrist,finger function.
