翼状胬肉手术治疗不同手术法及疗效的比较研究

目的：选择不同的手术方法治疗翼状胬肉,观察手术的效果。方法：选取本院的100例翼状胬肉患者进行手术切除,将患者分为3个治疗组,分别行单纯翼状胬肉切除术、单纯翼状胬肉切除术联合应用MCC术、单纯翼状胬肉切除联合自体游离结膜瓣移植术进行手术,观察手术治疗的效果。结果：第一组8例治愈,6例复发;第二组24例治愈,4例复发;第三组57例治愈,1例复发。结论：单纯翼状胬肉切除联合自体游离结膜瓣移植术进行翼状胬肉治疗具有非常显著的效果。

Comparative Study of Different Surgical Methods and Efficacy of Surgical Treatment of Pterygium

Objective： To select a different surgical methods for treatment of pterygium observe the effect of the surgery. Method： Selected 100 pterygium patients undergoing resection, who were divided into three treatment groups, and used purely pterygium excision, simple pterygium excision combined MCC surgery, simple excision of pterygium joint free autogenous conjunctival flap grafting surgery. To observe the effect of surgical treatment. Result： The first group of eight patients were cured, 6 cases of recurrence; the second group of 24 patients were cured, 4 cases of recurrence; the third group of 57 patients were cured, I case of recurrence. Conclusion： Simple pterygium excision combined with autologous free conjunctival flap grafting. Treatment has a very significant effect.
