宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉效果观察

目的：观察不同治疗方法对子宫内膜息肉的临床效果及减少其复发的有效措施。方法：选择107例子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为三组,A组35例行宫腔镜定位息肉摘除术,B组36例行单纯宫腔镜电切术,C组36例行宫腔镜电切术加术后短期服用小剂量米非司酮,观察各组疗效及复发情况。结果：三组术后3、6、12个月月经量均较术前明显减少,组间同时间月经量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。C组术后6个月、12个月的月经量均小于A、B两组。复发率则A组最高,C组最低,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：宫腔镜电切术是治疗子宫内膜息肉最有效的方法,术后加用米非司酮可抑制子宫内膜的增生及子宫内膜息肉的形成,降低子宫内膜息肉的复发率。

Survey on the Therapeutic Effect of Hysteroscope Electrotomy Combined with Mifepristone in Treatment of Endometrial Polyp

Objective：To observe different treatment of endometrial polyps clinical effect and the effective measures to reduce its recurrence. Method：107 cases patients with intrauterine membrane polyp were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,35 cases of group A was given hysteroscopic localization polyps enucleation,36 cases of group B was given hysteroscope electrotomy alone,36 cases of group C was given hysteroscope electrotomy with short-term after taking small doses of mifepristone,observed the curative effect and recurrence.Result：Three groups of postoperative 3,6, 12 months before menstrual quantity were also decreased significantly（ P 0.05）,between groups at the same time in menstrual quantity,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.In group C after 6 months,12 months of menstrual quantity is less than A,B two groups.Recurrence rates in group comparison are highest in group A,Lowest in group C（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Hysteroscope electrotomy is the most effective way to treatment of endometrial polyps,postoperative combined with mifepristone may inhibit the formation of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyps,reduce the recurrence of endometrial polyp.
