医院耐药菌感染的临床分析

摘    要:目的:采用合适的方法了解医院感染率最多的病原菌及其耐药性的变化规律,希望为临床上使用抗菌药物提供理论及实际的指导。方法:以本院2006-2012年这段时期内,感染病原菌以及这些病原菌的耐药性变化进行统计分析。结果:在此期间共有1952例病原菌感染患者接受了调查,分离得到病原菌的数量为1208株(61.9%),这些分离得到的菌类中,革兰氏阴性菌占的比例最大,为66.5%,第2位是革兰氏阳性菌,所占比例为18.8%,第3位为真菌,所占比例为15.7%;在以上病原菌中,肺炎克雷伯菌所占比例最大,为29.2%,大肠埃希菌其次,为20.5%,白色念珠菌排在第3位,为14.6%。结论:调查结果显示,很多医院感染菌为耐药菌类,因此在今后临床用药过程中应该合理用药,避免或降低该类感染菌的耐药性,达到控制医院病原菌感染的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the hospital infection ratewith the most of the pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance change rule, and hope to help to use the antimicrobial agents to provide theoretical and practical guidance in clinical.Method: Statistical analysis the infection pathogenic bacteria and the pathogen resistance changes from 2006 to 2012.Result: There were 1952 cases of pathogenic bacteria infection patients accepted investigation, separation of pathogenic bacteria get number for 1208 strains (61.9%), these separation get the gram negative bacteria accounted for the largest proportion was 66.5%, the second iwas gram positive bacteriais counted 18.8%, the third for fungithe was 15.7%; In the above pathogenic bacteria, the pneumonia crayresearch bacteria hold 29.2%, was the largest number .The escherichia coli was second with 20.5%.And the candida albicans was ranked the third taked14.6%. Conclusion: The results of the survey show that the hospital infection for bacteria resistant , so in the future clinical application process should be use rational drug , avoid or reduce the infection bacteria resistance to achieve control of hospital infection of pathogenic bacteria.
