护理干预对肾性高血压患者的影响分析

目的：分析护理干预对肾性高血压患者的影响。方法：将68例肾病合并高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理进行治疗,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上通过护理干预进行治疗。护理实施后4周,对两组患者的肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、K＋水平及临床疗效进行对比。结果：两组患者护理干预后,观察组患者BUN、Scr水平比对照组患者有明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者K＋水平的变化在护理前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。另外,观察组患者总有效率（88.2%）高于对照组（67.6%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通过护理干预的合理实施,可有效促使肾性高血压患者相关症状的缓解和改善。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Renal Hypertensive Patients

Objective：To analyze the influence of the nursing intervention on renal hypertensive patients.Method：The 68 cases of nephropathy merger hypertensive patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group were treated with routine nursing treatment,patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing by nursing intervention treatment.After the implementation of the nursing 4 weeks,the two groups of patients with serum creatinine（Scr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,K ＋ level and clinical curative effect were compared.Result：Two groups of patients were observed after nursing intervention patients BUN,Scr level significantly lower than the control group patients,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients K ＋ level changes in nursing before and after the difference was not statistically significant.In addition,the observation group total effective rate（88.2%）patients with significantly higher than those in the control group（67.6%）,and a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention through the reasonable implementation,can effectively make renal hypertensive patients associated symptoms relief and improve.
