主动脉夹层82例临床荟萃分析

目的：荟萃分析82例主动脉夹层（AD）的临床情况及诊治情况,提高对该病的认识。方法：对文献报道并确诊为主动脉夹层的82例AD患者临床资料进行荟萃分析。结果：82例患者临床表现多样,剧烈胸痛为常见的首发表现,超声联合多排螺旋CT有助于快速诊断。结论：提高对AD的警惕性,及时准确的诊断,对AD患者改善预后及降低死亡率至关重要。

Clinical Meta-analysis of 82 Cases of Aortic Dissection

Objective： To analyze the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic approaches outcomes of 82 cases of patients with aortic dissection, to enhance the level of understanding for aortic dissection.Method： The clinical data of 82 cases of patients diagnosed with aortic dissection and reported in the literature were Meta-analysis.Result： The clinical manifestations of the 82 patients were diversiform.Most common initial symptom was severe pain in chest.Ultrasound combined with multislice spiral CT could help quick definite diagnosis.Conclusion： Must to enhance the level of vigilance for aortic dissection and timely and accurate diagnosis, it is especially important for improving the prognosis and reducing mortality of AD.
