P60纳米复合树脂充填修复后牙髓反应的临床研究

摘    要:目的:研究分析活髓后牙龋洞用3MTMESPEFiltekP60后牙专用纳米复合树脂充填修复后牙髓反应原因。方法:据后牙龋一类窝洞的深度,将109颗患牙分为深层窝洞组(位于釉牙本质界下1.5~2mm)31颗,中层窝洞组(位于釉牙本质界下1~1.5mm)46颗,浅层窝洞组(位于釉牙本质界下0.5~1mm)32颗。其中,深层窝洞用Dycal护髓,GIC垫底后用3MP60纳米复合树脂充填修复,中层窝洞和浅层窝洞直接用P60复合树脂充填。充填修复后2周、1个月和12个月进行复查。结果:深层窝洞组激发痛的发生率为45.16%,中层窝洞组为27.78%,浅层窝洞组为6.25%。经字2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:3MP60复合树脂应用于活随后牙深层窝洞的充填修复时,复合树脂中的未聚合单体、自酸蚀粘接系统、固化灯照射时间过长,强度过大、产生的热量和边缘微渗漏形成的细菌侵入等因素,对牙髓均会引起不同程度的影响。

Cfinical Study of the Reaction of Pulp after the Filling Restoration with 3M P60 Nano Composite Resin

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the reaction of vltal-pulp teeth restored with 3M TM ESPE Filtek P60 molars special nanometer composite resin in vivo.Method: According to the depth of cavity, a total of 109 posterior teeth were assigned to three groups : deep-cavity ( 31 eases ) ; moderate- cavity ( 46 eases ) ; shallow-cavity ( 32 eases ) . After caries were removed and cavities were prepared, the deep cavities were caped with Dycal and based with glass-ionorner-eement. Then the all of cavities were restored with composite resin. After 2 weeks, 1 months and 12 months of treatment, patients were recalled and the reaction of pulp was examined.Result: For deep-cavity group, the rate of irritative pain was 66.67%; for moderate-cavity group 23.91%; for shallow-cavity group 6.25%.The statistic difference among three groups was significant with using X2 test ( P〈0.01 ) .Conclusion: For the restoration of deep-cavity of vital pulp teeth, the residue monomer in 3M P60 composite resin, acid etching adhesive system, hot energy generated during light curing and marginal microleakage can result in the different reaction of pulp.
