慢性盆腔炎人性化护理分析

目的：分析盆腔炎患者在人性化护理下的临床康复效果。方法：将178例盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,其中对照组88例,试验组90例,分别对两组患者实施中西医结合治疗,试验组实施人性化护理,对照组行常规护理。结果：试验组总有效率和痊愈率明显高于对照组,半年复发率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：慢性盆腔炎患者在人性化的护理方式下,有着明显的临床康复效果,患者生活质量提高显著,值得大力推广。

Analysis of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Humanized Nursing

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation of pelvic inflammatory disease in the humane care.Method： 178 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly assigned, selected the control group of 88 patients, the experimental group of 90 patients, the two groups were treated with integrative medicine treatment, the experimental group was given humane care and the control group was given nursing care in the normal way.Result： Total efficiency and cures rate of expefinental group were hisher than those of control group, but recurrence rate within six months was lower, which were significantly different （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： Patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the humane care has significant clinical effect of rehabilitation.There is a very significant help to improve patients life quality, it can be widely applied in clinical and worth promoting.
