咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿饮食干预的效果观察

目的：探讨饮食干预对咳嗽变异性哮喘的影响。方法：选择本院90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,其中男38例,女52例,将其随机分为两组：干预组45例,进行饮食干预;对照组45例,不进行饮食干预。干预前后观察两组患儿咳嗽缓解及住院时间并进行比较。结果：干预组患儿咳嗽缓解及住院时间早于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿实施饮食干预有助于限制异种蛋白进入机体,阻断抗原与抗体的结合,从而缩短病程。

Effect of Diet Intervention in Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective：To study the effect of the diet intervention in children with cough variant asthma.Method：90 cases of children（38 boys and 52 girls）with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group（n=45）was given the diet intervention except for the regular treatment,and the control group（n=45）was given without diet intervention.The disease remission time and hospitalization time of these two groups were observed and recorded.Result：The disease remission time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：The results indicate that the diet intervention can limit the foreign protein to enter organism and shut off the combination of antigen and antibody,and reduce the disease course.
