阴道超声、孕酮及血HCG对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值

目的比较分析阴道超声,孕酮及血HCG对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月—2013年1月收治的经B超及后穹窿穿刺手术确诊为异位妊娠的100例患者的临床病例资料,这异位妊娠100例患者均给予阴道超声测定其子宫内膜厚度、同时测定其孕酮及血HCG的水平。比较经阴道超声测定、孕酮、血HCG分别诊断为异位妊娠与经B超及后穹窿穿刺手术确诊为异位妊娠的符合率,以及阴道超声测定+孕酮、阴道超声+孕酮+血HCG诊断为异位妊娠与经B超及后穹窿穿刺手术确诊为异位妊娠的符合率。结果阴道超声+孕酮+血HCG诊断为异位妊娠的符合率为96.0%,明显优于超声测定符合率75.0%、孕酮符合率57.0%、血HCG符合率63.0%,以及阴道超声测定+孕酮诊断的符合率85.0%(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论阴道超声,孕酮及血HCG三项指标联合诊断,对早期异位妊娠的诊断准确率高达96.0%,具有重要的诊断价值。

Transvaginal ultrasound, progesterone and serum HCG for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare the analysis of transvaginal ultrasound, progesterone and serum HCG for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2012 -2013 in January were treated by B ultrasound and surgery culdocentesis diagnosed 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with clinical data, which ectopic pregnancy 100 patients were treated with vaginal endometrial thickness measured by ultrasound, while progesterone and measured serum HCG levels. Comparison of transvaginal ultrasound measurements, progesterone, serum HCG were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and the culdocentesis diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy surgery compliance rate, and vaginal ultrasound measurements ＋ progesterone, progesterone vaginal ultrasound ＋ blood HCG diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and the B-and culdocentesis diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy surgery compliance rate. Results Transvaginal ultrasound ＋ progesterone ＋ blood HCG diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy compliance was 96.0%, significantly better than the 75.0 percent compliance rate measured by ultrasound, progesterone compliance rate 57.0% 63.0% compliance rate serum HCG and transvaginal ultrasound measurements ＋ progesterone diagnostic accordance rate 85.0% （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound, progesterone and serum HCG three markers in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.0%, has important diagnostic value.
