| 摘 要： | 目的：分析比较超声及乳腺透射检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用差异。方法：选择2009年7月-2011年12月在本院就诊的乳腺癌患者123例，所有患者人院后均行乳腺超声检查及乳腺透射检查，记录两组患者检查结果，并行手术检查，比较两种检查手段对乳腺癌诊断结果。结果：超声对乳腺癌诊断率为87．8％，透射检查诊断率为86．2％，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：乳腺超声检查及乳腺透射检查对于乳腺癌的诊断并无差异，各具优点，联合检查能显著提高患者诊断率，在基层医院具有非常显著的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate application of ultrasound and transmission inspection in patients with breast cancer, analyze the difference in two types.Method： 123 patients with breast cancer were enrolled from July 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital, they were all received ultrasound and transmission inspection, the consequence was recorded. Result： The diagnostic rate of ultrasound in patients with breast cancer was 87.8% and transmission inspection was 86.2% （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： There is no difference between ultrasound and transmission inspection in diagnosing breast cancer, joint inspection can significantly improve diagnostic rate, have very significant clinical value primary hospital. |
