游离皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损及功能重建的临床疗效观察

目的：进一步研究和比较腹部带蒂皮瓣修复方法与游离皮瓣修复方法在手背软组织缺损及功能重建过程中的疗效差异,从而为临床实践提供切实可靠依据。方法：本文从本院2010年12月-2012年12月期间入院治疗手背软组织缺损的患者中选取了84例,进行了回顾性分析。结果：两组患者实施不同皮瓣修复方法治疗后,治疗组患者的住院时间显著短于对照组患者水平,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者的手部关节总活动度显著大于对照组患者的水平,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在临床治疗手背软组织缺损及功能重建的过程中,与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复方法相比较,采用游离皮瓣修复方法的临床效果显著,是临床治疗手背软组织缺损的安全可靠选择。

The Observation of the Clinical Efficacy for Free Flap in the Repair of Hand Soft Tissue Defect and Functional Reconstruction

Objective：To further study and compare the differences of the effect for abdominal pedicle skin flap repair method and free flap repair method in the process of the function of hand soft tissue defect and rebuilding,so as to provide real and reliable basis for clinical practice.Method：84 cases patients in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 hospitalized with hand soft tissue defect were retrospectively analyzed.Result： After the implementation of different flap repair methods,the length of hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter than the control group patients, and compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The level of total activity of hand joints in the treatment group was significantly greater than the control group patients,and compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the clinical therapy of hand soft tissue defects and functional reconstruction process,compared with free skin flap repair method,the clinical effect of abdominal pedicle skin flap repair methods is remarkable,and it is safe and reliable in the clinical treatment of hand soft tissue defect.
