社区高血压患者肾脏损害与踝肱指数关系分析

目的探讨社区高血压肾脏损害患者微量白蛋白尿(MAU)与踝肱指数(ABI)的关系。方法将200例社区高血压患者按MAU水平分成正常白蛋白尿组(NAU组)和微量白蛋白尿组(MAU组),各100例。测定24h尿微量白蛋白含量;采用彩色多普勒超声检测踝肱指数(ABI)。检测患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、ABI、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(FBG)等。结果①社区高血压并微量白蛋白尿组MAU水平高于正常微量白蛋白尿组,MAU组ABI低于NAU组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的平均SBP、DBP、FBG、TG、TC、LDL差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②MAU组的MAU与ABI呈负相关(r=-0.266,P<0.05)。结论 MAU和ABI密切相关,提示微量白蛋白尿和高血压肾脏病变有关。

A Study on the Relationship between Microalbuminuria and ABI in Patients with he community hypertension

Objective To observe the correlation between microalbuminuria（MAU） and ABI in patients with the community hypertension. Methods 200 cases with the community hypertension were divided into two groups（non-moalbuminuria group and MAU group） according to the MAU level （each 100 cases）. We measured and compared MAU,ABI,SBP, DBP, MAU, ABI,TG,TC,LDL and FBG in the two groups. Results （1）There was significantly different of the level of MAU,ABI between two groups（P〈0.05）.There wasn＇ t significantly different of BP, DBP, FBG, TG,TC, LDL and Cr in two groups（P〉0.05）.（2）There were negative correlations between level of MAU and ABI（r=-0.266, P〈0.05）. Conclusion MAU has correlation with ABI in patients with the community hypertension.The level of MAU is related to renal disease in thecommunity hypertension patients.
