T型钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折临床分析

目的：研究T型钢板内固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机分组法将44例老年性桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各22例。观察组采用切开复位T型钢板内骨性治疗,对照组采用闭合复位联合小夹板固定治疗吗,比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患者术后开始康复治疗时间提前,骨折愈合时间缩短,但平均治疗费用高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组优良率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：切开复位T型钢板内固定治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折具有固定可靠,可早期实施康复治疗等优点,值得进一步研究应用。

Clinical Analysis of T Plate Fixation Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

Objective：To research T plate internal fixation treatment of the efficacy and safety of distal radius fracture. Method：Using randomized method of 44 senile patients of distal radius fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group,22 cases respectively. Observation group was treated with open reduction and plate internal bony model T,the control group was treated by closed reduction in combination with small splint fixation,compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Result：Observation group of patients with postoperative start rehabilitation time in advance,to shorten fracture healing time,but the average cost of treatment was higher than the control group,there was a statistical significance difference between the two groups（P ＆lt;0.05）. Observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was a statistical significance difference between the two groups （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：T plate internal fixation（orif）of senile of distal radius fractures with a fixed and reliable,and can be done early rehabilitation treatment etc,and is worth further research and application.
