鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的护理心得

目的：分析对鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者进行护理的方法与效果。方法：选择64例进行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,对其进行术前、术后护理,观察护理效果及术后并发症情况。结果：64例患者中,8例患者换药时晕厥,29例患者进行根治性内窥镜鼻窦手术,35例患者进行功能行手术,患者均已痊愈出院,护理满意度为95.31%。结论：优质的护理对于进行鼻内窥镜手术的鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者十分重要,可明显控制并发症的发生率,帮助患者尽快痊愈出院。

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps Care Tips

Objective：To analyze nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp nursing method and effect. Method：64 cases of nasal endoscope operation treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps,the preoperative,postoperative nursing,observation and nursing effect and complications after operation. Result：In 64 patients,there were 8 patients with syncope dressing,there were 29 cases of patients with radical endoscopic sinus operation,35 patients were received operation,all the patients have been cured and discharged,patients’satisfaction with nursing care is 95.31%. Conclusion：For nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp,high quality nursing service is very important,can significantly control the incidence of complications,help patients healed up and left hospital as soon as possible.
