| 摘 要： | 目的：研究齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid,OA）对白血病HL-60细胞窖蛋白-1（Caveolin-1,CAV-1）表达的影响。方法：OA作用HL-60细胞后,倒置显电镜观察细胞形态;RT-PCR检测HL-60细胞cav-1的mRNA表达;Western blot检测CAV-1蛋白水平。结果：OA作用HL-60细胞后,RT-PCR检测cav-1mRNA表达上调（P〈0.01）;Western blot检测CAV-1蛋白水平升高（P〈0.01）。结论：OA通过上调CAV-1的表达,抑制HL-60细胞增殖。

Effect of Oleanolic Acid on the Expression of Cav-1 Gene in Leukaem HL-60 Cells |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of oleanolic acid （OA）on the expression of caveolin-1 （car-1） gene in leukaem HL-6U ceils. Method： In HL-60 cells, after being treated by OA, the morphological and structural changes of the cells were observed by inverted microscope ; the mRNA expressions of car-1 were measured by RT-PCR; CAV-I protein levels were measured by Western blot. Result： In HL-60 cells, after being treated by OA, the mRNA expression of cav-1 was upregulated （ P〈0.01 ） by RT-PCR test, CAV-1 protein level was increased （ P〈0.01 ） by Western blot test. Conclusion： OA can up-regulating the expression of C AV-1, resulting in inhibiting cell proliferation in HL-60 cells. |
