护理干预在结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期护理中应用的效果观察

目的：观察加强结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期的护理干预,对减轻患者焦虑情绪,促进术后恢复的疗效。方法：将来本院进行结直肠肿瘤切除术的患者随机分成两组,在基础治疗一致的前提下,对观察组患者围手术期采取护理干预。采用Zung焦虑自评量表,比较两组患者入院时及术前、术后的焦虑情况;统计两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、并发症发生率及住院时间的差异。结果：通过强化护理干预后,观察组患者术前、术后焦虑评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间显著缩短,并发率亦显著减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通过护理干预能有效减少结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期的焦虑情绪,同时促进术后胃肠道功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,同时缩短住院时间。

The Observation of the Effect for Nursing Intervention in Colorectal Cancer Patients in Perioperative Care Application

Objective：To observe the efficacy for strengthening perioperative nursing intervention for colorectal cancer patients in alleviating patients’anxiety and promoting postoperative recovery. Method：The patients with resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital in the future were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of basic treatment,the observation group was taken with perioperative care intervention. The Zung Anxiety self-rating scale was taken,the anxiety on admission and preoperative and postoperative the two groups were compared.The differences for bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,the incidence of complications and hospitalization time for the two groups were taken for statistics. Result：By strengthening the nursing intervention,the before surgery and postoperative anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）.The recovery time of bowel sounds,flatus,time,duration of hospitalization was significantly reduced,the complication rate also significantly reduced in the observation group,there were significant differences between the groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention can effectively reduce perioperative anxiety in colorectal cancer patients,while promote postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications and shorten hospital stays.
