观察剖腹产手术中临床路径的临床应用效果

目的：探究剖腹产手术中实施临床路径的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1—7月在笔者所在医院行剖腹产的患者108例，分为常规治疗患者54例和加用临床路径治疗患者54例两组，观察两组患者的有关住院时长、费用和患者满意度等目标项目。结果：临床路径组的患者住院时长明显短于单纯常规治疗组的患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.临床路径组的患者费用明显少于单纯常规治疗组的患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.临床路径组对诊疗经过非常满意的患者明显多于常规组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.临床路径组患者的总满意率明显高于常规组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.结论：临床路径在剖腹产手术患者中使用。实用性高，对临床有良好的效益。

Clinical Application Effect Observation of Clinical Pathway in Caesarean Operation

Objective： To study the clinical effect of clinical pathway in caesarean operation.Method： 108 cases of caesarean operation patients were divided into routine therapy group 54 cases and clinical pathway group 54 cases. Hospital stays, expenses, patient satisfaction of both groups were observed.Result： Clinical pathway group had significant superiorities to routine therapy group in aspects of hospital stays, expenses, patient satisfaction （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Clinical pathway for treatment of caesarean operation patients has a high practical utility and is beneficial for clinical work.
